Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounting Department. This role contributes directly to the success of the department by ensuring compliance with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while also meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accounting procedures and financial controls in line with company policies, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the efficient day-to-day running of the Accounting Department.

Ensure all accounting operations comply with Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards.

Support the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements.

Maintain proper documentation and reconciliation of accounts.

Provide support for internal and external audits.

Collaborate with other departments to meet operational and financial goals.

Uphold financial integrity and transparency across all activities.
Skills & Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism Management.

Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Accountant or Accounting Clerk in a larger operational setup (preferably in hospitality).

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with hospitality industry accounting systems is a plus.
