Position Overview
We are seeking a Team Leader – Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team at Hyatt, Hospet. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the accounts receivable and related accounting functions, while maintaining Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. You will contribute to department efficiency, compliance, and guest/owner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Receivable function.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.

Support internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.

Provide leadership, training, and support to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications & Skills

Degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism Management.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Accounting Clerk in a larger operation (hospitality industry preferred).

Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
