Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Services Associate IV to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role requires developed proficiency in accounting processes, data management, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will independently manage complex accounting tasks, support audits, guide junior team members, and contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the function.
Key Responsibilities

Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.

Extract, compile, and analyze data for dashboards and reconciliation metrics.

Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation and supporting records.

Maintain and update process documentation and desktop procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and provide guidance to the quality verification team.

Perform first-level operational tasks and quality checks as part of daily accounting activities.

Propose and implement improvements to accounting processes and methods to increase efficiency.

Act as a team lead, allocating tasks and providing subject matter guidance to junior team members.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and operational finance processes.

Proficiency in data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting tools.

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Ability to work independently within established procedures and timelines.

Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
Qualifications

Vocational training, certification, or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
