As a Process Delivery Specialist – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will play a key role in managing Accounts Payable operations, vendor account management, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end transaction processing within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function.

  • Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

  • Identify and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and aged items.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth accounting operations.

  • Adhere to timelines, SLAs, and quality parameters.

  • Recognize potential process risks and recommend corrective actions.

  • Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (mandatory).

  • Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and P2P cycle.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Effective communication and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration.

  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations.

  • Knowledge of ERP tools and invoice management systems.

  • Exposure to process automation or AI-driven workflow tools.
