Senior Finance Manager

● Drive the entire accounting & finance function for the organization
● Responsible for clean statutory reporting, month-end
● closing, and accounting with inhouse team
● Manage all tax (Income Tax, GST etc), MCA, RBI
● reporting for the entities in India and Singapore
● Manage the treasury function including cashflow
● management, and all banking relationships
● Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
● Responsible for monthly MIS and investor reporting
● Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
● Drive strong financial controls and processes for the business
● Creating processes for new initiatives and improving
● existing ones with focus on governance & cost leakage
● Manage automation for finance function
