Account Executive

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounts receivable management, invoicing, reconciliation, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Handle Credit Note preparation, verification, and management.
  • Monitor Bills Receivable and maintain related records.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
  • Work extensively with Zoho Books for accounting and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Verify, record, and reconcile customer payments and receipts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding billing and payment-related matters.
  • Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing processes.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Credit Notes, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliation, and Bills Receivable.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
