Account Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounts receivable management, invoicing, reconciliation, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Handle Credit Note preparation, verification, and management.
- Monitor Bills Receivable and maintain related records.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Maintain financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Work extensively with Zoho Books for accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Verify, record, and reconcile customer payments and receipts.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding billing and payment-related matters.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing processes.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Credit Notes, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliation, and Bills Receivable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
