Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing/handling day-to day financial accounting, Statutory compliances like TDS,

Advance Tax, and other regular finance activities of India Operation.

• Payroll Processing of India & Group (UK & US)

• Handle payroll related compliance like e- TDS returns, IT Declaration, Issuance of Form-

16 etc.

• Compliances for all Direct & Indirect Tax function of India & Group

• Filing applicable monthly, quarterly GST, VAT & sales tax returns of India & Group

• Completing Statutory Audits without any audit queries and Liaison with Local & Group

Auditors to meet their requirements & provide timely clarification.

• Handling secretarial compliances, labour law requirements like PF, ESI, Professional Tax

etc.

• Managing the Banking operations, Forex & Corporate Credit Card.

Required Skills:

• B.com “or” CA/CMA Inter. with minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate finance &

Taxation.

• Experience handling general ledger account functions, monthly payroll processing and

related payroll activities

• Hands-on experience on direct & Indirect taxation compliances including filing of local

and global corporation tax and sales tax returns

• Experience in handling secretarial compliances, Internal & Statutory Audits

• Knowledge of SAP-S4 HANA & MCA Compliances if any will be an additional benefit.

• Excellent in written & verbal communication skills and can articulate their point of view

with confidence.

• Comfortably work on MS Office, including advanced Excel knowledge.

• Highly organized with ability to work on own initiative prioritize and adhere to the

deadlines.

• Able to work at peace and adapt to change in an agile environment.

• Has a keen interest in knowing industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
