Positional Overview:

As a Senior Finance Executive at JLL, you will play a key role in financial management, reporting, and cost control to support business operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company standards, managing vendor contracts, and facilitating cost recoveries. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to uphold JLL’s commitment to excellence in real estate and technology services.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor monthly bills and ensure timely submission and reimbursement to subcontractors.
  • Manage quarterly purchase orders, including raising orders, obtaining approvals, and tracking expenses.
  • Follow up with cost centers for cost recoveries and financial reconciliations.
  • Generate, review, and submit financial reports, business cases, and analysis within deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial statements and align reports with business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and financial parameters.
  • Maintain adherence to internal financial policies, controls, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Support audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Influence and promote a collaborative work culture aligned with JLL’s core values.
  • Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of business finance, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to assess financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Ensuring accuracy in reports, billing, and compliance with financial standards.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business finance management, accounting, or financial operations.
  • A master’s degree in finance or business administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is advantageous.
