Role Description
The Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Calicut, responsible for supporting day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This includes handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. The role also involves managing office documentation, coordinating correspondence, supporting HR-related activities such as maintaining employee records, and organizing meetings or travel arrangements. The executive will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, and help improve administrative processes for smoother office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping capabilities, including handling invoices, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
- Proficiency in administrative and office management tasks, such as documentation, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Comfort using accounting software and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, email, and ERP or finance systems).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an accounts or administration role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
