Job Summary

Join Autobacs India, a fast-growing premium automotive aftermarket company, as an Accounts Executive. Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure tax compliance, maintain accurate books, handle vendor payments, and support budgeting and reporting to drive the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Activities

Record sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.

Reconcile customer/vendor ledgers and resolve queries.

Track inventory value with the warehouse team.

Generate and send client invoices.

Log receipts and payments in accounting software.

Weekly Activities

Conduct bank reconciliations.

Prepare weekly cash flow statements.

Reconcile GST inputs and prepare for return filings.

Verify vendor bills and issue payment advice.

Follow up on outstanding customer dues.

Monthly Activities

Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

Share data with CA for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS filings.

Submit payroll data for processing.

Generate reports on expenses, collections, and profitability.

Assist with internal audits or external CA reviews.

Required Skills

Accounting software: Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks.

GST & TDS compliance: Filing returns and reconciliations.

Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas.

Reconciliation: Bank, ledger, inventory.

Reporting: MIS, sales analysis, vendor/customer reports.

High accuracy in entries, documents, and calculations.

Essential Knowledge

Accounting principles (GAAP/Indian Standards).

GST laws, invoicing, credit/debit notes.

TDS rules and rates.

Inventory accounting and costing.

Basic automotive spare parts knowledge (preferred).

Banking procedures and online payment tools.

  • Languages: English, Hindi; regional language (e.g., Malayalam) preferred.
  • Availability: Full-time, flexible during month-end/year-end.
