Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support our freight forwarding operations.

Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts receivable & payable records

• Prepare and issue invoices for freight forwarding and logistics services

• Reconcile bank statements and financial records

• Assist in GST/taxation compliance and filings

• Support monthly financial reporting and audits

• Coordinate with operations and sales teams for account reconciliation

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (freight forwarding/logistics preferred)

✔ Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel & accounting software

✔ Basic understanding of GST and accounting standards
