Dreamers, we all are. Our entire lives, we dream about the right partners, friends, ideal family vacation, a beautiful home, a great car, perfect weekends and of course, a dream job. Towards the end of college, we start trying to work towards achieving the position. But most often, we create what looks like the perfect resume, make profiles on job portals and apply to all the companies we have in mind. Is that all it takes to land yourself the dream job?
