This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and HR Administrator located in Thrissur. As a Finance and HR Administrator, you will be responsible for performing financial and accounting duties as well as HR administration tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial records, reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting, as well as managing HR records, employee files, and payroll administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience in accounting, finance, and/or HR administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel and other related
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of legal requirements related to finance and HR administration
  • Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus
  • Experience with remote teams is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
