Position Overview:
An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, maintaining general ledger accounts, managing budgets, and assisting with audits and tax filings.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

Monitor and manage budgets and forecasts

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws

Process accounts payable and receivable

Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP)

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
