Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Compliance

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

• Coordinate audits, tax filings, GST returns, TDS payments, and statutory compliance.

• Support annual financial closing activities and maintain financial records.

• Liaise with Chartered Accountants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Regulatory & Banking

• Handle SEZ, DGFT, ECB, and other statutory filings and documentation.

• Coordinate with banking partners for account management, foreign remittances, and compliance requirements.

Procurement & Administration

• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

• Manage office administration, vendor coordination, lease-related matters, and document management.

• Support internal and external audits, including ISO/ISMS documentation.

HR Support

• Process monthly payroll and employee-related documentation.

• Maintain employee records and personnel files.

• Assist with PF, labour law compliance, employee welfare registrations, and statutory HR filings.

• Prepare offer letters, salary revision letters, and relieving documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance.

• Working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, payroll processing, and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.

• Experience with HR administration and regulatory filings will be an added advantage.
