Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the AP process by leveraging NetSuite and Coupa, along with treasury tools.
  • Work with International Finance Teams to understand existing processes to handle user requests associated with payroll and other operational needs.
  • Work with GST India Taxes to develop custom automation.
  • Conduct performance monitoring and optimization activities to identify bottlenecks in Statutory and regulatory works and enhance system performance related to financial reporting, operations, and payroll.
  • Create documentation and user guides. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and share best practices with team members.
  • Prepare for regulatory changes and meet evolving business needs and requirements.
  • Performed general ledger journal entries and supported basic account reconciliations. (Examples include prepaid, fixed assets, and accounts payable)
  • Participate in the monthly closing process, including validating and reconciling credit card accounts.
  • Manage inquiries from and communication with external vendors and internal business partners related to AP and Procurement.
  • Support monthly payroll efforts in ADP in alignment with Human Resources.

Skills:

  • 2+ years of responsibility and execution within a global finance or procurement function, payroll experience also a plus,
  • Prior experience with NetSuite or a similar advanced ERP platform is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience with Coupa is a plus but not required
  • Prior experience with ADP is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working with a multi-national company
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop solutions and detect errors.
