Role Description

SkillUno Academy is seeking a full-time Accounting Instructor for an on-site role based in Mannarkkad. ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE IN MALAYALAM. The Accounting Instructor will design and deliver engaging lessons in accounting and finance, ensuring that learners gain a strong foundation in core concepts and practical applications. Responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, case studies, and assessments; conducting classroom sessions; and providing individual guidance and feedback to learners. The instructor will also support curriculum development, align course content with industry and certification standards, and collaborate with the academic team to enhance learning outcomes. Additional duties include tracking learner progress, maintaining academic records, and participating in workshops, review meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners at different levels.
• Background or credentials in Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting qualifications, where applicable.
• Expertise in Management Accounting, cost analysis, budgeting, and performance measurement, with a focus on real-world business scenarios.
• Demonstrated Training and teaching skills, including curriculum delivery, learner engagement, mentoring, and assessment design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Experience teaching or training in an academic institution, coaching center, or corporate setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP systems, spreadsheets) and willingness to integrate them into instruction.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with an organized and learner-centered approach to teaching.
• Ability to work on-site in Mannarkkad, collaborate with the academic team, and adapt to evolving curriculum and industry needs.
