Specialist – Accounts Receivable

Position Overview

We are seeking a Specialist – Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to ensuring smooth finance operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interact with global teams, and support clients across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions.

• Prepare and issue client invoices in line with service agreements.

• Reconcile accounts receivable, generate aging reports, and provide detailed analysis.

• Address client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and collections.

• Manage prepayment and accrual schedules.

• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Sales teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Perform reconciliations and analysis for management reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or finance roles, preferably with exposure to global operations.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle high transaction volumes.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to engage effectively with global teams and customers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Experience with NetSuite, Zendesk, or online payments platforms is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
