SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and analytical Senior Accountant to join our team in the Seafood Processing Industry Accounting Section.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CMA / ICWA (Cost & Management Accountant) qualification preferred
• Candidates with relevant professional qualifications in Cost Accounting will also be considered

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3years experience in accounting, costing, and financial management
• Good working knowledge with software like Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in the food industry will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Handle financial and cost accounting
• Prepare and analyze product costing and cost reports
• Prepare financial and management reports
• Manage stock and inventory, including reconciliation and valuation
• Handle vendor management, including vendor purchase analysis, purchase accounting, and payment coordination.
• Monitor purchases, expenses, and cost controls
• Support budgeting and financial planning
• Maintain accurate accounting records and effective internal controls
• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and operations teams
