  • Quarterly & Monthly MIS – Preparing Management reports covering Financial highlights on Quarterly/Monthly spent with respect to budget, cost optimization levers.
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Managing & coordinating the business’s monthly forecasting process.
  • Budgeting: Managing Annual budget planning with discussion with CXOs and aligning as per CEO guidance on Margin.
  • Discussion with Business Heads on Financial performance of respective Enabling departments.
  • Capex-Opex Approvals based on Plans, Criticality & Cost Benefit Analysis.
  • Discussions with Business Heads on upcoming investments as a proposal, with financial inputs on requirement, its Benefit & Benchmarking with peers.
  • Responsible for Automations of various business reports in Qlik tool and automation of MIS process to help improve productivity.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP package is desirable.
  • Flexibility to learn and expand capability in other risk domains.
  • High level of personal initiative and professionalism, ability to thrive in a truly global organization.
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Patience, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Out of box thinker and good knowledge of Technology around risk assessments.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (Freshers) from Batch – May 2022/ Nov 2022/ May 2023
  • Minimum 60% across 10th and 12th.
  • Open to relocation and available for immediate joining.
