Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage general ledger accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and handle tax filings.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports.
- Support audit processes by preparing required documentation.
- Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics or supply chain companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
