Responsibilities:

Help to manage the end to end reporting of Guarantee Exposures including but not limited to analyzing the Variance Commentaries
Preparing various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Managing deliverables, projects, action plans, and timelines
Review Transactions related to Re-organization Capital Action (RCA), Affiliate Support Document (ASD), New Business Initiative (NBIA) and Change Managements (CM)
Understanding IAG owned policies like RCA, ASD, Reg K and Reg W. Understand the existing database of RCA, ASD, NBIA, CM
Contribute to ASD Analytics and Reporting. Develop and maintain cross-LOB relationships with Key Stakeholders
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in IAG Transactions and Reporting. Understand Alteryx and Tableau applications and its utilization on the existing process and identify the scope for improvement
Adhere and enhance the existing controls as applicable and ensure the process is audit ready always. Manage multiple mailboxes and ensure all the emails are addressed diligently on a timely basis
Perform Quality Review on Exposures reporting for Guarantees. Assist with all IAG projects and ad hoc requests. Review and support Analysts within the team to contribute to the overall team objectives
Lead any Strategic initiatives for better process and control environment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

1-4 years Financial reporting and regulatory policy experience
Post graduate or Master’s degree in Finance or related field of study
Audit or Compliance background with strong analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of MS Access and/or Business intelligence tolls a plus
Optional to have business intelligent solution knowledge. Ability to be organized in day to day deliverables
Ability to work independently and contribute to the team objectives
Ability to identify and communicate issues in a timely manner
