Analyst – SAP FICO

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst – SAP FICO to join our SAP team in Mumbai. The position offers an opportunity to work on SAP Finance and Controlling implementations, support services, and enhancement projects. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of finance processes and ERP systems, who are looking to grow within a leading professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in SAP FICO module configuration and implementation activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process solutions.

• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases.

• Support issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user training.

• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, IT, or related fields.

• Entry-level experience (0–2 years), with understanding of SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

• Basic understanding of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling).

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Prior exposure to SAP through training or academic projects is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP FICO certification (optional but preferred).

• Internship or hands-on experience in SAP ERP environments.
