Responsibilities:

  • Assist with problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
  • Conduct literature reviews and vendor evaluations to research alternatives; develop Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Create detailed requirement specifications and functional designs.
  • Configure solutions, diagnose issues, and shortlist alternatives.
  • Engage with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to deliverables.
  • Assess current processes and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on technologies and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in FICO integration with MM and SD.
  • Process Knowledge: Understanding of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay cycles.
  • Configuration Skills: Proficiency in AR, AP, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and COPA.
  • Specifications: Experience in writing functional specifications and deploying custom objects.
  • Implementation: At least one end-to-end implementation experience.
  • Additional Tools: Familiarity with Concur, T&E, and industry solutions is a plus.
  • Customer-Facing: Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong logical thinking and collaboration skills.
