Position Overview

We are looking for a Associate II – Client Reporting Analyst with a strong background in financial services to join our team in Kochi. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant client and fund reports while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders and continuous improvements in reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day production of accurate and timely client and fund reports, including Quarterly Investment Reports.

  • Ensure all production controls are followed and effectively utilized.

  • Communicate with stakeholders professionally and efficiently on a daily basis.

  • Draft and maintain procedural documentation in line with best practices.

  • Maintain and update global, regional, and country reporting templates to meet compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate across business functions and regions to coordinate report production and resolve queries.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, client queries, and reporting exceptions.

  • Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and recommend improvements.

  • Support updates to reporting systems and process enhancements.

  • Stay informed about regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance.

  • Contribute to management information (MI) and KPI reporting for senior leadership.

  • Participate in reporting-related projects as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in reporting or data functions.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Strong team player with a delivery-focused mindset.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in reporting implementation projects.

  • Knowledge of fund structures and investment reporting processes.

  • Familiarity with Vermillion or other reporting platforms.

  • Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) certification.
