Executive – Order to Cash

Position Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Order to Cash (Billing & Billing Support) to support end-to-end billing operations. The role involves drafting invoices, performing reconciliations, coordinating with business teams, applying cash receipts, and ensuring timely completion of monthly billing cycles. This position is ideal for candidates beginning their career in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Cash Application, with opportunities to grow within the Order to Cash function.

Key Responsibilities

• Create draft billing for T&M and Fixed Price (FP) projects for review by Billing Leads.

• Prepare pre-bill invoices based on client requirements.

• Perform monthly reconciliation of actuals vs. pre-bills.

• Rectify and adjust billable hours/time entries in projects.

• Create and update project maintenance details in the system.

• Maintain accurate and updated resource forecast data for projects.

• Adhere to SLA and process timelines consistently.

• Support cash application activities including cash receipt posting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.

• Coordinate closely with Billing Leads, Account Teams, and Business Managers for monthly billing completion.

• Contribute to process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate (M.Com / MBA)

• 0–1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable / Cash Application preferred

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) — client-facing role.

• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and billing operations.

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, INDEX, etc.) are an added advantage.

• ERP knowledge will be a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently within timelines and manage multiple billing tasks.
