Finance Analyst

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting tasks, ensuring proper classification and recording of financial transactions.

• Conduct quality checks and reconciliations on financial reporting data, including fluctuation analysis.

• Support record-to-report (R2R) activities to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Assist in journal entries, data validation, and preparation of basic financial analysis and reports.

• Ensure compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR).

• Participate in internal control testing and maintain relevant documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting requirements and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

• 1–3 years of experience in General Ledger, R2R, or related finance functions.

• Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
