Position Overview:
The Finance Executive plays a key role in managing and overseeing the company’s financial health. This position involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the development of financial strategies. The Finance Executive acts as a bridge between operational data and strategic decision-making, contributing to the company’s profitability and financial stability.
Responsibilities:
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entries, mathematical accuracy, and appropriate codes.
- Organize, secure, and maintain financial files, records, cash, and cash equivalents per company policies.
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements following company procedures.
- Compile and maintain statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports and tables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Foster positive working relationships to support team goals.
- Assist with other reasonable accounting and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Skills:
- Strong ability to handle numerical data, financial reporting, and reconciliation with accuracy.
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally), and advanced Excel skills.
- Ensuring precision in financial documentation, reports, and audits.
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients, teams, and management.
- Managing multiple financial tasks and closing periods efficiently.
- Commitment to data security, compliance, and ethical financial practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
