Requirements:

- Verify the accuracy of financial documents and data.
- Organize and maintain files and cash according to company policies.
- Record and analyze financial information using computer systems.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and invoices.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate tasks with other departments and mentor team members.
- Report workplace accidents or injuries immediately.
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
- Keep confidential information secure and protect company assets.
- Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with colleagues.
- Perform light lifting tasks involving objects up to 10 pounds.
- Complete additional assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience is necessary.
Supervisory experience is required.
No certification is needed.
