Responsibilities
- Review documents and records to ensure everything is correct and organized.
- Record and analyze financial data, and summarize it using journals or computers.
- Prepare and distribute financial and payroll reports, and complete end-of-month closing procedures.
- Issue bills and invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Work with other departments, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Report any accidents, maintain confidentiality, and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
- Build positive relationships, help the team achieve goals, and address concerns.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- Licenses/Certifications: None needed.
