Responsibilities
- Audit Support: Assist in executing and auditing Marriott control processes.
- Project Coordination: Implement accounting projects and uphold audit standards.
- Training: Lead training for departmental leaders on accounting processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Federal and State fraud laws.
- Reporting: Generate timely reports and analyze financial data.
- Financial Management: Achieve performance and budget goals; maintain strong controls.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: 1 year in accounting, auditing, or related fields.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Marriott SOPs and audit requirements.
- Skills: Proficient in financial software; strong analytical and communication skills.
- Integrity: Demonstrated personal integrity and effective relationship management.
