Position Overview:

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial health and operations of the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost management, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Finance Manager leads the finance team, drives process improvements, and supports strategic decision-making by providing key insights into financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies while coordinating and supporting internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and maintain financial stability.
  • Led, mentored, and developed the finance team while managing tax compliance, filings, and planning to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance with local tax laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts/Finance lead or in a similar role with a minimum of 4 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
