- Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions
- Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast
- Assist the Finance Director with the development of ticket/trade/net targets by channel and account.
- Analyze Trade Spend and Net Sales performance vs Plan and Forecast
- Perform post audits on promotional spend to optimize events.
- Provide analytic support to help prepare for customer visits
- Develop and manage models, tools and reporting
- Help administer non-key account CMAs
- Provide control and oversite of Coordinator to ensure accurate claims approval processes
- Lead performance analysis and reporting for customer/region/function
- Work on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and region performance
- Develop PowerPoint presentiation to communicate business results and insights
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects
- Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
- Coach and on-board new members of the team in ways of working and processes
