Financial Accountant AP

Position Overview

Sartorius is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Financial Accountant AP to manage full-scope accounting activities and support accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will contribute to informed financial decision-making by maintaining financial records, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting for accurate financial data entry

• Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures

• Handle monthly inter-company reconciliations

• Record, review, and maintain fixed asset registrations

• Monitor and report on inconsistencies in financial data

• Ensure up-to-date compliance with financial policies and regulations

• Reconcile balance sheet (B/S) and profit & loss (P/L) accounts

• Support statutory, internal, and tax audit processes

• Draft financial statements and reports as needed

• Maintain organized and complete financial documentation

• Assist in organizing and preparing audit-related materials

• Administer accurate and complete financial records

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Excellent communication in written and spoken English

• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure

• High level of reliability and professional ethics
