Financial Analyst

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst with a background in Financial Accounting or Financial products and applications who is passionate about learning new things and designing better ways to identify potential weak spots, inefficiencies, and issues within financial software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial software workflows, identify weak spots, and resolve customer issues related to production deployments.
• Work closely with product management, development, and design teams to ensure seamless user experience and financial functionality.
• Assist the support team in investigating functional issues logged in Salesforce and provide timely, high-quality solutions or workarounds.
• Collaborate with documentation teams to ensure financial accuracy in system documentation and user guides.
• Develop, document, and execute functional test cases for new features, enhancements, and defect resolutions, ensuring end-to-end financial workflow validation.

Skills:

• Proficiency in working with at least one financial software or application, ensuring effective troubleshooting and optimization.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, investigate functional issues, and deliver high-quality solutions for financial systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work closely with product management, development, and support teams.

Qualifications:

• CPA (India), ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a finance-related role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one financial product, such as ERP systems, accounting software, or financial reporting tools.
