Position Overview:
The Revenue Analyst analyzes and forecasts revenue trends to support strategic decision-making. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to optimize revenue streams, maintain financial models, and ensure data accuracy across various systems. The analyst generates reports on key performance indicators and performs audits to verify system integrity, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure data accuracy, perform regular audits on PMS, CRS, and RMS systems.
- Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and revenue streams to enhance profitability.
- Generate reports on KPIs, provide insights for strategic planning, and assist in decision-making.
- Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and customer demand to refine pricing strategies.
Skills:
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in financial models and system audits.
- Strong ability to present financial findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Evaluating revenue trends and proposing data-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in hospitality, preferably in hotel management or as a marketing analyst.
- Proficiency in PMS, CRS, and RMS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Understanding of hotel revenue management, pricing strategies, and financial forecasting.
