Requirements
- Support all phases of securitization transactions, including due diligence and reporting.
- Prepare reports for closing and create financial models for cash flows of various securities.
- Manage investor reporting and ensure accuracy for Trustees and Bankers.
- Analyze financial instruments and maintain client relationships through excellent service.
- Understand securitization products like ABS and CLOs.
- Know how to read governing documents and model cash flows.
- Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of VBA and Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Curious and adaptable; works well with others.
- Able to manage deadlines and deliver quality work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Preferred: CA, CFA, FRM, or MBA.
- 0-2 years in structured finance, including modeling and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understand corporate financial statements and different types of securities.
- Committed to learning and personal growth.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
