Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance organization and FP&A manager on various financial analyses and reports.
- Interface with multiple business units to execute and monitor the IT spend.
- Proactively solve accounts payable and financial discrepancies with invoices against purchase orders.
- Partner and support IT functions related to billings, new statements of work and purchase orders, and Performance Metrics; at times, lead cost saving initiatives by collaboratively working with key business and IT leaders.
- Work within IT to develop policies, procedures, and systems to support the IT financial processes and allocations.
- Develop, implement, and track key indicators within IT in partnership with senior leadership.
- Perform ad-hoc research, analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Self-starter who can work well independently or in a collaborative team environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of IT areas/departments.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comfortable driving interactions between external suppliers.
