Junior Accountant

Position Overview:

Apt Resources is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our client’s team in Dubai. This presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in accounting. As a Junior Accountant, you will assist with various accounting responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements
• Support daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts
• Help with budget preparation and financial audits
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices

Skills:

• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in an accounting role
