Job Description
You’ll work closely with our internal finance team, management and our Chartered Accountants across our companies, gradually taking ownership of the accounts and compliance requirements of our businesses.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Day-to-day accounting using Zoho ERP
- Bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- GST workings, reconciliations and compliance
- TDS compliance and related documentation
- Working closely with our CA team on statutory requirements
- Supporting audits, assessments and reconciliations
- Monthly closing and management reporting
- Monitoring customer outstanding and vendor balances
- Invoice and expense verification
- Foreign-currency and international transactions
- Exposure to the nuances of GST, TDS and international taxation
- Coordinating directly with our overseas business partners
- Understanding the accounting implications of international freight, aviation and trading transactions
- Using technology, reporting tools and automation to improve finance processes

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We’re particularly interested in someone who has spent approximately 1–3 years working in a CA firm, audit firm or similar professional environment.
