The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.

Responsibilities and Skills
- Perform general book and record keeping
- Reconcile accounts
- Reconcile balance sheet
- Update GL account master data records
- Execute financial close
- Reporting on multiple dimensions including income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, regulations, etc.
- Perform bank, product and cash reconciliations
- Transaction matching and report non-reconciling items
- Track and record all fixed asset activity in accordance with GAAP and company policy
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the system
- Prepare monthly depreciation accrual for financial statement purposes
- Scan fixed asset management backup filing and documentation into appropriate systems
- Record all transactions between different legal entities (i.e. inventory transfers, financing, payroll, sales and intercompany payables/receivables)
- Assist in the preparation of controls testing, as well as provide necessary documentation for the annual audit(s)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (i.e., Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau)
- Experience with NetSuite
- 1-3 Years Experience
- Min: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
