Position Overview:

A Junior Finance Executive supports the finance team in managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in financial reporting and analysis. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in finance and gain hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the finance department in daily operations, including bookkeeping, data entry, and financial record
    maintenance.
  • Process and manage balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in adherence to
    accounting guidelines.
  •  Review and verify expenses and payroll records, and ensure timely and accurate statutory filings such as GST,
    TDS, etc.
  •  Support the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings and reports.
  •  Liaise with banks, government offices, and statutory bodies to ensure smooth financial operations and
    compliance.
  •  Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with utmost honesty and integrity.
  •  Provide assistance with audits, financial analysis, and other ad hoc finance-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Indian GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
  • Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • A valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license.
  • Ownership of a two-wheeler for travel to government offices, banks, and other locations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with strong foundational
    knowledge may apply.
