Position Overview
Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order to Cash Operations Associate to join our Finance Operations team. This role focuses on Cash Application Processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in applying customer payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting end-to-end cash flow management. You will play a key role in optimizing working capital, enhancing client experience, and contributing to process improvements within our global finance operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute Order to Cash – Cash Application processes

Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances, credits, and adjustments

Maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare AR reporting, and reconcile AR activity to the general ledger

Ensure all cash receipts are applied within the month to support month-end close

Provide timely status of customer payments and allocations, escalating issues as needed

Assist in planning, coordinating execution of work, and supporting process improvements

Deliver high-quality, cost-effective services while meeting performance metrics

Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as requested
Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Finance-related or Business course (Accounting graduates preferred)

1–3 years of relevant work experience (at least 6 months in OTC backend processes)

Exposure to Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Credit Management, Collections, or Reconciliation preferred

Knowledge of accounting ERPs such as Oracle or SAP

Strong analytical skills and fact-based decision-making ability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions

SSC/BPO experience an advantage but not required

Ability to perform medium to high complexity tasks and data analysis
