Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Pricing & CPQ Senior Analyst with 3.5–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing CPQ solutions for mid-size to enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PROS Smart Price Optimization and a strong background in pricing strategy, product configuration, discounting rules, and quote-to-cash automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, finance, product, and IT to design and deliver scalable pricing and CPQ solutions that drive efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and implementation support for Pricing and CPQ tools including PROS, PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, and Callidus.

Build and maintain robust pricing models using analytics and AI, while developing leadership dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.

Conduct diagnostics and gap analysis to assess and improve pricing processes aligned with business goals and sales strategies.

Design and implement pricing waterfall, pricing elasticity, margin analysis, catalog pricing, and contract pricing to positively impact top-line and bottom-line results.

Work on Classic CPQ modules such as Product Catalog, Business Properties, Guided Selling, and Configuration Processes.

Lead B2B pricing analytics, including exploratory analysis, reporting, and target state recommendations.

Identify and deploy process improvements with measurable KPIs to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with client sales teams to develop structured and effective pricing and discounting strategies.

Serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients through best practices in pricing transformation and CPQ implementation.
Skills & Qualifications

3.5–5 years of progressive experience in Pricing and CPQ within the Products, Communications & High Tech, Financial Services, or Resources industry.

Hands-on experience with PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management (POM) and Smart Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools.

Functional expertise in pricing services, products, parts, and post-sales services.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Macros), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Familiarity with other Pricing & CPQ platforms like PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, and Callidus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
