Retail Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Execute meticulous data entry for sales, purchases, and various financial transactions within specified timeframes.
• Oversee and update financial records in the accounting system, ensuring precision and adherence to established standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports for management review, providing valuable insights into the store’s financial performance.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and internal policies.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification such as a Master’s in Accounting is highly preferred.
• Proven and substantial experience 2 Year in data entry and accounting roles, with a focus on the retail industry in UAE.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify errors efficiently.
