Job Summary:

EY is seeking a skilled SAP REFX Consultant preferably with 3+ years of SAP RE-FX experience. Additionally, SAP FI-CO and/or FI-AA experience would be an asset. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting SAP Flexible Real Estate Management solutions. The SAP REFX Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand real estate business processes and deliver tailored SAP solutions. This role requires expertise in SAP REFX modules, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to analyse real estate business processes and requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP REFX solutions, including contract management, lease administration, and property management.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP REFX systems, resolving issues, and optimizing functionality.
• Work closely with technical teams for system integration and data migration.
• Stay updated with SAP REFX advancements and best practices.
• Participate in the testing and validation of SAP REFX solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with clients.
• SAP REFX certification is desirable.
