Accountant

Position Overview

Procopi Pools is looking for a skilled and experienced  Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of accounting experience, a strong understanding of financial processes, and hands-on expertise with Tally software. This role involves handling core accounting functions, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other filings

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting roles

• Proficiency in Tally is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting standards

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
