Job Description
1) Management of accounting tasks, including GST.
2) Manage and analyze the budget and create financial forecasts..
3) Maintain and balance sub-accounts by verifying, distributing, publishing, reconciling transactions; elimination of discrepancies.
4) Summarizes the financial position by collecting information, preparing the balance sheet, income statement and other reports in accordance with the planned schedule.
5) Calculate taxes and tax returns
6) Prepare balance sheets and write income statements.
7) Create and submit detailed reports to senior management Audit of financial transactions.
8) Completes external audit by analyzing and planning general ledger accounts, providing information to auditors.
9) Annual tax assessment.
10) Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participation in professional organizations.
11) Make sure confidential information is secure.
12) Follow financial laws, rules and regulations, internal policies and
other special duties.
