Position Overview

The Senior Executive – Procure to Pay will play a key role in managing end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor management. The role requires close coordination with clients across regions, ensuring timely communication, accurate processing, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). This is a client-facing position that demands strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the client team of a specific region to ensure seamless P2P operations.

  • Communicate with clients regularly through email and telephone.

  • Participate in daily or weekly review calls to ensure operational alignment.

  • Process all types of AP invoices received from clients accurately and within timelines.

  • Handle payment processing activities and ensure timely disbursement.

  • Perform T&E (Travel & Expense) policy audits and ensure compliance.

  • Manage month-end responsibilities, ensuring all invoices are processed before close.

  • Recognize and escalate urgent or sensitive issues to the Manager promptly.

  • Achieve and maintain SLA targets for all deliverables.

  • Support vendor management and query resolution activities.

  • Generate and maintain accurate reports using MS Office tools.

  • Ensure process consistency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: B.Com Graduate

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay processes

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

    • Experience with MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems

    • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Power BI will be an added advantage

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

    • Excellent interpersonal and client-handling abilities

    • Attention to detail and consistency

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    • Leadership capabilities and team collaboration skills

  • Other Requirements:

    • Flexible to work in any shift and open to extra hours when required
