Senior Finance Accountant

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Accountant to lead our accounts and HR team. This role is vital to managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and driving key financial initiatives that align with our expansion goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounts and HR teams, ensuring smooth financial and administrative operations.
• Oversee statutory audits and ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and MCA requirements.
• Prepare and manage periodic financial statements, cash flows, and management reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate financial information for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of government portals, including Income Tax, MCA, and GST.
• Handle the preparation of financial reports, audits, and compliance filings.
• Work on accounting software and be proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Windows.
• Support the company’s expansion through proactive financial management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• CA/ICMA Inter or a Postgraduate degree in Commerce.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in statutory audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Proficient with accounting software and government portals (Income Tax, MCA, GST).
